Honouring the life, story and individuality of someone who has died calls for sensitivity, careful listening and respect. Celebrantes – Bespoke Ceremonies® is developing a specialist service for creating and conducting secular and humanist funeral and memorial ceremonies.

Each ceremony will be created around the person being remembered and those who shared their life, bringing together words, personal tributes, music and symbolic elements where appropriate.

Celebrating a Life

A ceremony centred on the person, their story, values, relationships and the memories shared throughout their life.

A Bespoke Ceremony

A ceremony script created around the life of the person being remembered, with the possibility of including personal tributes, readings, music and contributions from family and friends.

Ceremonies conducted with respect for individual beliefs, values and different ways of understanding life, loss and memory.

The service is being developed to include secular funeral and farewell ceremonies, memorial gatherings held at a later date, ceremonies for the scattering of ashes, and other personal tributes created around the wishes of the family and the person being remembered.
